1. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

2. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 15:00
Check-out: before 11:00

Late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in [ISK] and may vary depending on availability and season.

We accept major payment methods, including credit and debit cards. Full or partial prepayment may be required.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and prepayment conditions may vary depending on the rate and room type.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before arrival

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full

5. Children and Extra Beds

  • Children under 2 years stay free in a cot (subject to availability)

  • Children aged 3–5 stay free using existing beds

  • Extra beds are available upon request and may incur additional charges

  • Guests aged 6 and above are charged as adults

6. Pets

Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed in advance.

7. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

  • Treat the property with respect

  • Not cause damage or disturbance

  • Comply with all house rules

We reserve the right to charge for damages or excessive cleaning if necessary.
